Craigslist is one of the most well know advertising websites out there, providing services to more than 700 cities in 70 countries. It is a platform that serves millions of people worldwide with services such as Job Postings, discussion forums, and housing, just to name a few.
In this case study, we will focus on the redesign and improvement of the Craigslist website, which will be discussed later on in detail.

Community Behavioral Health (CBH), a non-profit organization established in 1997 in Philadelphia, manages mental health and substance use services for the city’s Medicaid recipients. Partnering with nearly 200 providers, CBH offers outpatient care, inpatient treatment, residential services, and telehealth, ensuring quality and cost-effective care. Its mission is to improve mental wellness and empower communities. CBH has provided access to care for over 500,000 Philadelphians.

Annual Report Redesign
This project involved redesigning the page layout of the CBH 2023 Annual Report to improve accessibility and engagement. By enhancing clarity and visual appeal, the new design aimed to create a more intuitive and engaging experience for CBH providers and members. Since the launch, page visits have increased by 20%, with a 15% rise in clicks to the annual report—demonstrating a positive shift in engagement and interest.
